Who We Are

Stinwo was founded with a simple yet profound vision: to make international opportunities accessible to everyone. The journey began with a young man named Kambiz Rahmani, who, at the age of 16, left his hometown to pursue education abroad. Facing numerous challenges—including visa complications, financial struggles, and bureaucratic hurdles—he experienced firsthand the obstacles that can hinder one’s dreams of studying, working, and investing overseas.

Despite these hardships, Kambiz persevered. From working in restaurant kitchens in Hungary to navigating life in Ukraine, Turkey, and Slovakia, he turned obstacles into opportunities. Each challenge taught valuable lessons and strengthened his determination to succeed.

These experiences highlighted a significant gap—a lack of reliable support for students and professionals seeking opportunities abroad. This realization led to the founding of Stinwo in 2011, with the aim of providing the guidance and support that Kambiz wished had been available during his journey.

Kambiz Rahmani

Founder and CEO
Kambiz is the visionary behind Stinwo, with over 14 years of hands-on experience in navigating international education, business, and residency pathways. Having personally encountered the challenges of studying and working abroad, he founded Stinwo to simplify the journey for others. Today, he leads the company with a focus on expansion and innovation, aiming to make Stinwo a global leader in study, work, and investment solutions.

Parisa Mohammadi

Senior Consultant
Ms. Mohammadi holds the dual role of part-time Call Center Representative and Senior Consultant, overseeing 45-minute consultations to help clients choose the best options for studying or working abroad. Her extensive experience enables her to tailor advice to each client’s needs, with a focus on motivating clients to pursue their dreams abroad with Stinwo.

Forough Raeisi

Marketing Specialist
Forough manages Instagram and marketing efforts, bringing energy and a deep understanding of digital engagement. She has been instrumental in expanding Stinwo’s online presence, helping the company reach more clients through targeted campaigns and creative content.

Pouya Kobari

Executive Consultant and R&D Team Member
Pouya handles the execution of client processes, from obtaining admissions to managing visa applications, without direct client contact. As part of the R&D team, he is also developing informational resources to support team education and Stinwo’s expanding service offerings.

Azin Rahmani

Junior Accountant
Azin is responsible for verifying payments, managing salaries, and overseeing financial records. With a careful eye for detail, she keeps Stinwo’s financial processes in order, supporting the company’s budgeting and financial planning.

Reyhaneh Feili

Secretary and Responsible for Filing Company Files
Reyhaneh manages all office operations and ensures the smooth progression of client files, from initial consultation to final documentation. With a background in Industrial Design and a highly structured, empathetic approach to client interactions, Reyhaneh plays a critical role in maintaining Stinwo’s high standards of service and organization.

Setareh Khoram

Call Center Representative
Ms. Khoram is often the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through initial inquiries and building trust in Stinwo’s services. With a friendly and diplomatic approach, she ensures each client feels welcomed and supported from the start, while handling first consultations and booking detailed meetings.

Content and Website Manager
