Established in 1990, the University of Oradea emerged during Romania’s transition to democracy as a modern institution designed to serve the educational needs of north-western Romania. The university rapidly expanded its international partnerships and programs throughout the 1990s and 2000s, becoming integrated in the European Union’s Socrates and Erasmus programs. A significant milestone came with the institutional evaluation by the Institutional Evaluation Program of the European University Association (EUA) in 2012-2013, which validated the university’s commitment to European higher education standards. Recent years have seen major infrastructure development, with new library construction and modernization of teaching facilities to support the university’s growing international student population.

I’ve always been the type who thinks I can handle everything myself, but immigration is a different story. I wasted months trying to do things on my own before I finally reached out to Stinwo. I honestly wish I had gone to them from the start. Everything moved faster, smoother, and way more professionally after that.
The hardest part for me was not knowing where to begin. There’s so much information online, but none of it feels reliable. When I got in touch with Stinwo, everything suddenly made sense. It felt like they handed me a roadmap—I just had to follow it step by step. That feeling of clarity and confidence is something I couldn’t find anywhere else.
If I had to sum it up in one sentence, it’s this: Stinwo is exactly the place you can trust. I had no idea how the admission process worked—I just knew I wanted to study in Romania. The Stinwo team handled everything for me, down to the smallest details. From writing emails to the university to booking my visa appointment and even finding a dorm, I was never alone in the process.
I’m the kind of person who asks a lot of questions and pays attention to every detail. Stinwo was the only place that never got annoyed, always took the time to explain things, and truly listened. I had asked around about applying without a language certificate, and only Stinwo gave me a real, practical solution. They truly stand out.
Mr. Rahmani’s support during the transfer process to Romania was truly reassuring for us.
One of the most important aspects of immigration is having a reliable agency that can effectively handle and resolve the challenges applicants may face.
Among these challenges, securing suitable accommodation—whether in dormitories or private housing—is a major concern.
This is a responsibility that immigration agencies should take seriously.
I’ve been familiar with this company for almost two years now.
They’ve put in their full effort, and I truly appreciate that. They handled everything quickly and efficiently, and managed to get the approvals we needed in the shortest possible time. During this time, we’ve gone through many ups and downs. There were quite a few challenges along the way, but thanks to Mr. Rahmani, he turned all those challenges into positive and memorable experiences.
I started my immigration process through Stinwo Company, specifically with Mr. Rahmani’s team.
Starting the immigration journey is very difficult, especially when you have no prior experience. There are so many fears and uncertainties. But thankfully, Mr. Rahmani’s team was by my side every step of the way. They were in constant communication with me and informed me immediately about even the smallest changes in the plan.
Finding a suitable house in a new country that is not familiar with any of its laws and costs is very challenging. Especially at the beginning of the migration, you want to save more and you are under a lot of stress. Stinwo took the hassle out of me and found me a house near the university that I don’t want to pay a lot for transportation.
You can also check the university websites, you will see that a language certificate is required and it is not possible to get admission without it. My language certificate was not ready, so I thought that if I wanted to take the exam, I would definitely miss this year’s admissions, but Stinwo’s team and Mr. Rahmani solved this problem with the correspondence they had with the university.
On the day of university registration, Mr. Rahmani himself came to the university with me, helped me to fill the forms and not to worry and stress about registration. Also, the Stinwo team kept me informed of every new update, and from the first day I had no worries about getting accepted, even though I was the only Iranian student at Gregor T. Popa University.
I was very stressed in this process and I was constantly in contact with Mr. Rahmani. Even when they were in the meeting and couldn’t answer, I talked to their team and they gave me a sense of confidence. Although I submitted my documents late, thank God I was able to get accepted this year.
When they wanted to tell me about the visa issuance, they stressed me that when did you go to the embassy, and I was afraid that my visa would be rejected and I wanted to cry, but when they said that my visa was issued, I seriously started crying and they didn’t know if it was tears of joy or sadness. I think if it wasn’t for Stinwo, I would have missed the deadline this year like last year.
I met your collection through my friends. Thanks to the good institution of Stinwo, I had no challenges in the immigration process and everything went well. I took the IELTS at the end of April and then I was able to receive the acceptance in almost 10 days. 3 months later, the visa answer came. During my experience with your collection, I did not have any worries.
